2. Services Provided

HomeFront Solutions offers property cleaning and surveying services, including but not limited to:

• Gutter, patio, render, and exterior surface cleaning

• Soffit and fascia maintenance

• Property surveys and inspections

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or online form).

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• We reserve the right to request a deposit for larger projects.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, HomeFront Solutions may reschedule services for safety reasons.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to the property for our team and equipment.

• Inform us of any known hazards or fragile areas before work begins.

• Remove personal items or obstacles from areas to be cleaned.

6. Liability & Guarantees

• We take care to deliver services safely and professionally. However, HomeFront Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear to property surfaces.

• Our cleaning methods are designed to protect surfaces, but natural ageing and deterioration may limit results.

• Any claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer information is handled in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

• We do not share personal details with third parties except where required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
